Hi, I’m Metra Lundy. Thank you for visiting our Team Page. I am excited to introduce some of the most passionate, driven and skilled fitness, yoga, aerial, and movement professionals in the industry. As a team, our goal is to teach, guide and support you on your journey to optimal wellness. Our team comes with a wide range of knowledge, skills and certifications. As a trainer and coach myself since 2008 together we have over a century’s worth of knowledge and experience. When you come to our facility you can expect a warm and inviting community that is excited about your growth and development. You can expect to be taught the fundamentals for building a strong, healthy, fit body. One fun fact about us is that we collectively see fitness as the ultimate fun.

Jaclyn Spoleti Trainer

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Jaclyn. I am a certified yoga instructor, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer since 2013, 2017, and 2020 respectively. What I love most about training and teaching is helping clients to better understand and connect with their bodies. When you attend training or classes with me you can expect to work towards transforming your body, gain knowledge, feel strong, and enjoy yourself. One fun fact about me is that I have a background in performance. I look forward to seeing you in training or in my classes soon!

Jaye Decohen Trainer

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Jacinta “Jaye” DeCohen. I am a certified group fitness instructor with a speciality in  willPower & grace™ method, Zumba Fitness® and personal trainer since 2008 and 2018 respectively. What I love most about training and/or teaching is helping people have fun with fitness, see the strength they have within, how wonderfully designed their bodies are and how everything in that body works together. When you attend a training or class with me, you can expect an appropriately challenging workout that is fun, varied and accessible. One fun fact about me is that I’m a retired computer geek (retired from full-time work, but always a computer geek!), and am addicted to workout clothes (okay, that’s two things, lol). Erica Lee-Arnold Rodriquez Instructor

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Erica Arnold-Rodriguez. I am a certified AntiGravity Aerial Fitness instructor since 2014 with various Antigravity modalities syllabi under my belt. In 2016 I completed my yoga certification with a specialization in AcroYoga, anatomy and kinesiology.What I love most about training and teaching is witnessing someone’s surprise at themselves, with their own capability and watching stress melt and smiles happen because they have accompanied an awesome goal. When you attend my class you can expect a fun, challenging workout that allows you to discover balance, strength, flexibility and artistic expression.One fun fact about me is that I have taught ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and musical theater and I love to perform too. Anastasia Droungas Instructor

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Anastasia Droungas. I am a  certified group fitness instructor since 1995, PILATES certified since 2004, BARRE certified since 2012, SPINNING certified since 2000, TRX certified since 2010, KICKBOXING certified since 1999. What I love most about teaching is being in the unique position of inspiring and guiding people to meet their fitness and wellness goals. When you attend my class you can expect a fluid, multi-level, well-thought-through, and carefully constructed and executed experience aimed at improving your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and stability, and the mind-body connection. One fun fact about me is I teach by example, I am with you every step of the way executing every exercise along with you, we work as a TEAM and as a TEAM we reach and maintain the goals we have set. Bernadette Chiselsko Instructor

I am a certified Antigravity Fitness and Yoga Instructor with an emphasis on Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training since 2016 and 2019 respectively.. What I love most about teaching is seeing clients journey to achieving their fitness goals. Rosibel Mota Instructor

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Rosibel Mota. I am a certified Yoga instructor since 2017 and a certified AntiGravity Fundamentals instructor since 2018. What I love most about teaching is accompanying my students on their yogic journey; seeing their accomplishments and sharing the joy and satisfaction they feel when reaching their goals. When you attend my class, you can expect to receive respect, the encouragement and guidance needed in order for you to forge your own practice.

Nora Medveditza Instructor

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Nora. I have been a certified personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor since 2005. My training specialties are running, kettlebell strength, mobility, and functional movement. What I love most about training is helping clients evolve, watching them learn to love the skills that they are building, and supporting them as they learn how strong they really are. When clients train with me, they can expect to build a strong foundation for movement through proper breathing, exercise form and execution. One fun fact about me is that I love eating plant-based foods.

Lily Todorinova Instructor

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Lily and I am a certified group fitness instructor with a speciality in barre style fitness  since 2019. What I love most about teaching is breaking down challenges and making the movements accessible to everyone. When you attend my class you can expect a strength-based, full body workout, as well as a focus on alignment and length. I look forward to seeing you in my class soon!

Carl Martin Instructor

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Carl Martin. I am a certified instructor of Antigravity Fundamentals and Suspension Fitness since 2016. What I love most about training and/or teaching is being able to connect with people who enjoy suspending their disbelief and joining together to create individual and collective shapes while giving their body a very much needed energy boost and restoration. When you attend a training or class with me  you can expect to laugh while being challenged. My classroom is a safe  learning zone so questions and mistakes are welcomed. One fun fact about me is I was originally a client at Kinetics and fell in love so much with AntiGravity and the staff that I decided to get certified and embark on an aerial journey shortly after.
